ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE ASHVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
December 13, 2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Ashville Fire District
will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. at
the Ashville Fire Station located at 5338 Stow Rd. for the purpose of electing
one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2012 and ending
December 31, 2016 and one Commissioner for a one (1) year term, commencing
January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2012. All voters registered with the
Chautauqua County Board of Elections on or Before November 20, 2011 shall be
eligible to vote.
Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary
of the Ashville Fire District, at the fire house at 5338 Stow Rd, no later than
20 days before the election, November 23, 2011. Candidates must specify which
term they wish to run for. Letters of intent should be sent to: Ashville Fire
District, 5338 Stow Rd., Ashville, NY 14710.
