What services are offered to the community?

Pipe installation
If you reside on a road repaired by the Town of North Harmony Highway Department, and you wish to have a driveway pipe installed, please contact the Highway Superintendent at 789-2055. He will look at your site and determine the size pipe you will need. You will be responsible for the cost of the pipe, but the highway department will install it.

Transfer station
If you reside in North Harmony or are a property owner in the town, you are eligible to use the transfer station at the North Harmony Highway building on 394 at Stow. You must obtain a sticker from the town clerk to be eligible to use this site.  We have mandatory recycling. You may deposit up to 6 bags of household trash and all designated recyclable materials in their respective bins. The site is open SATURDAYS ONLY from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Town Park
The town operates a rustic park on Butts Road. There is a pavilion and ball diamond. The park is open until 10 PM from April until October. Reservations are required. To make reservations contact the Town Clerk at 716-789-3445 ext. 2 or Send an e-mail  

Ashville Day
The town also helps in sponsoring Ashville Day, which is the third Saturday in July. Access is provided to the Commons adjacent to South Maple Street in Ashville.
